Desktop manager will not detect my bold. I am running windows vista and when I checked the device manager, next to blackberry smartphone there's a yellow caution sign. Under device status in the properties window it says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". The drivers are up to date and I do not know what to do. Can someone please help?

Delete/uninstall that driver; reboot your PC. After it restarts, plug in your device and see if it will download and install on its own.

PS: you're in the 99xx forums yet your device says Storm2, if you've swapped devices don't forget to update your profile.
