Dead pixel.
NOOOOOOOOOOO. I found a dead pixel. And the phone's about a month old now which means I can't return it.. I'll be crying myself to sleep tonight.

If you can prove to the CS that it IS in fact a manufacturers issue, then you may be able to get it replaced.

If it's a defect, RIM has a one year warranty. But I'd try to get to replaced before going through RIM.

Well Rogers has a 14 day policy which means it's too late. But I don't think it's worth sending my phone to RIM just for a dead pixel.

ive always been able to go through my carrier for manufacture defects before the one year of purchase ended.
