Howdy,

So for my ESPN updates I have a custom ringtone I added in the view contact part (It's the dah dah dah thing; its pretty sweet). However I noticed at work about a month ago while on silent mode that ringtone still went off. That was not good.

I kind of forgot about it until now and realized I just changed the volume of the ESPN ringtone to silent.

Whats the deal here? How can I still use the custom ringtone and silent mode when Im at work? Anyone else have this slight problem. I looked at the settings and didnt see anything that would help, unless Im blind

yes. its not a problem . basically when you set a custom ringtone for a contact or whatever, use volume: active profile.

so when u put silent, it will be silent.

+1 marcony. Set all to active profile, or they will overide your currently selected profiles settings.
