Picked it up from ebay for a nice price

Couple of pics of my new 9900-imag0069.jpgCouple of pics of my new 9900-imag0070.jpgCouple of pics of my new 9900-imag0071.jpgCouple of pics of my new 9900-imag0073.jpg

I purchased the black battery cover separately for a couple of 's.

I've still got my 9790 but it'll probably be going on ebay in a couple of weeks if the 9900 continues to behave itself.

PS: Pics taken with my HTC One S running Jelly Bean.

You will find it in a different class altogether from the 9790. I certainly did. Enjoy.

    Nice buy !!!

Don't forget to check that the OS is up to date as it's an e.bay phone may not have been loved by the seller.

Latest availabe is .861 which is a goodie

Security wiped and installed .714 (my carriers latest) when I got it. I find the battery life and radio to be excellent with .714 and everything else appears to work pretty well too. Does .861 offer anything new or very much improved over .714?

I can't remember if .714 has customisable LED function as it's so long since I used it, but .861 sure does.

I have been running .861 as the base for my hybrid OS and it has been very solid on the memory front with little or no memory loss.

I also get a good signal with my carrier (Voda UK) using the Digicell version and the switch between data and Wifi is very fast.

Wow that looks great! My only complaint about the white 9900 was the back which is why I went with the black. But you've found a great work around.

I'll certainly be giving the Q10 a go but I may miss the lack of a trackpad even if it doesn't need one.
