For me its the BB remote and using my playbook, watching a movie and plugged to my TV. Also, using the media server to my ps3 to listen to my music with surround sound.

Gotta be the 9900+playbook combo. Never fails to "wow" people everytime I hook the playbook to my hmdi tv and control everything from my 9900 .

I think the coolest feature is the loss of connection I get constant. It was pretty noticeable when I had the 9700 and now it has the same feature. Cool.

I get photos of equipment sent to me so I can remotely diagnosis the problem the client is having. What a time saver this is and with pinch and zoom it makes it that much better.
