Anyone having problems with the convenience key not working? I have it set up for BBM but nothing, even tried setting up for text messages, again nothing.

Anyone have this problem?

Have you tried a battery pull? If that does not work, it is likely a hardware problem but updating the OS would confirm.

I did do a battery pull. I didnt see an updated OS for Tmobile on their site.

if you did a pull and it didnt solve, please go for a replacement ASAP.

I see the problem here! Its very simple! The 9900/9930 did NOT come with the standard convenience key one the left side of the phone so many people are used to. My solution? Stop trying to use the non-existent convenience key and start using the key on the right side of the phone... lol

All joking aside, its probably a hardware defect, try reloading the OS see if that helps. If not its hardware.
