    Default Continous restart loop tried everything but...

    Hello,

    I've got a bb9900 with the continuous loop problem. I've been reading for 2 days and trying to resurrect the phone but no luck. At one point, near the end i get a pop up window saying.. - see attachment.

    Do you have any other ideas?

    This is what happened to me when I tried to update the OS. I tried following the directions but they pointed to settings I couldn't even find. Now my phone is stuck in the same loop.
