Hello
Hoping for some guidance here.
I have doubled and tripled up contacts.
All are not formatted the I want them.
Some are missing (from outlook).....I think they are numbers that I wrote a note next to in outlook

so.......my contacts are a mess and useless for business purposes. My old HTC Tornado was great....always a perfect synch and ALL my outlook notes carried over to the phone.

Can I get my blackberry to behave or am I wasting my time?

I have 4 or 5 gmail accounts on the phones

Is the synch profile tied to a gmail account profile?

A little about me.....I like it simple........I do not tweet or use facebook or IM on my mobile, I need it to be a business tool

If you're using BB10 and sync contacts with gmail there is a known 'glitch' whereby duplicate contacts are displayed in phone contacts. I resolved by exporting my gmail contacts into Outlook and hiding (or deleting if you want) all the gmail contacts. I now have no syncing issues.

Do a quick forums search and you'll find resolution(s) in greater detail.

I have the 990 bold through tmobile. I just want a nice clean synch from outlook, but contact fields are in in disarray. My iphone made a nice synch....no problems. this is a game changer for me.......maybe I can find some answers here
