I can't seem to set my phone to temporarily vibrate for contact alerts. How embarrassing when in vibrate mode, durign a meeting, my phone shrieked out the theme from Beverly Hills Cop just because my kid called! The only way I can keep this from happening is to set the phone to "All Alerts Off," but this does not allow me to know if I am getting an urgent call. Does anyone know how to fix this without having to get rid of custom alerts for my special contacts? Thanks.

That was happening to me also!! Go and check to make sure that all of the contacts you have are set to active profile and NOT a numerical value. Contact>Edit>Phone>active profile. Do the same for messages too! The ONLY ones that you want to get thru for emergencies should be set to ALWAYS with a numerical value
