My internet service is not working, i tried doing the diagnostic test and it registers BBM but blackberry connection and pin-to-pin says its not working??

Please help me its urgent, I dont know what to do.

I have Blackberry Bold 9900.

Here are the things I'd try to solve the issue:

• Battery pull;
• Re-register the device on the carrier network (Options, or click Settings > Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register Now)

Those two things should get your device back on. If they don't, you may wanna call your carrier and see if everything is ok (and let's hope it's not some sort of outage...). >

I have already tried that, but the battery was yellow, so i guess i should charge my battery full or just contact my carrier provider?

Always keep in mind. In diagnostic test, if you get BB registration as Yes, then its always the issue with your data services and your service provider is the point of contact.
