Thought to share this with anyone looking for a charging pod for their 9900/30. Just picked up my new charging pod at best buy in Kitchener(Ontario, Canada) this morning. The pod came with micro USB cable and power plug. It is on sale for $49.99. They still had a few in stock. Not sure if this is cheap or not but I have only seen it for sale and in stock in the past for $69.99.

I really think that I should buy one but havent found a case that might work with the pod.

Anyways, I have an Otterbox Commuter case for 99xx, if you have an charging pod that you dont wanna use, you can trade with me ^^

Just remember that NO case will work with the POD. Maybe a skin but there is no extra room in the slot on the POD.

I have this pod but have to say I am a little dissapointed in it. It just seems too small. I have to make sure the contacts or touching so it will charge. The pod I have for my 9650just seems better.

To be able to use the pod with a case like Seido has for the 9650 would be nice

Agreed, this charging pod sucks. I also had a 9650 pod and it was awesome. Every time I dropped my old 9650 in the pod it charged. I have 2 9930 pods and they both are touchy. You have to check to make sure it's charging every time. I use BBlight, which I have set to keep the backlight on when charging. That helps. If I see the backlight go off, I know I need to jiggle the phone to get it to charge. I never had to do that with the 9650 pod.

Seidio makes also a good pods to be compatible with case also made by Seidio, I'm using right now for Bold 9700 and love it, can be used with or without case, so i asked Seidio on Facebook about ETA of release Bold-9900 version case and pod and they said it definitely be out soon but no ETA at this time.
So hoping by the time at&t will release this phone it be out also by Seidio.
