Hi - got a BB9900 running v7.1.0.569, 7.1 bundle 1716 and just noticed that sometimes upon removing my phone from the Blackberry charging dock that the pulsing lightning bolt on the battery remains. Also a few minutes later when the screen fades and switches off - ie. power save, and I activate it again the little "plug" icon appears on the battery indicator. Again this is all when the phone is not actually connected to anything to charge it.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

Try resetting it by removing the battery, plug in to charger, insert battery and let it boot up before un-plugging charger.

^^ OP was asking if anyone saw this, not for a solution which is a bit overkill...

But yes I've seen this on my 9930 before with a couple software bundles more than others. It never caused any issues I knew of and there are some other thread on this topic from awhile back and no one else ever experience issues beyond the oddness of sometimes having to soft reset because it eventually got annoying.
