I cannot copy iTunes songs on my office PC to my new BB Bold 9900 because the i Tune song titles appearing in the BB Desktop Software window are grayed out. Does this mean they cannot be copied or am I doing something wrong?

Copy the songs you want onto a playlist and that should allow you to copy.

Let me know if that helps. If not copy music to new files on desktop and move them to PlayBook.

Before you do this download the songs, albums, bands you want on your PlayBook to a playlist in itunes. Then when you use desktop manager and choose to sync music it will all be avaliable in the playlist you made. Not all music needs this but some stuff will not sync without doing this.
