    When did it start? Did it start following download of a particular app or updating OS?

    What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
    First thing to try is a battery pull.
    With device fully powered on, remove the battery. Wait 20-30 seconds then replace the battery to initiate a reboot.

    Anything better after that?
