I notice that 25MB is the max when sending from a PC and was wondering if there's a way around this, so I thought I'd might try sending it from my BB. Does the BB have a file max?

3MB file attachment is the current BIS limit (although it's rumored to be going up with the next BIS update).

    You might try DropBox.

I think you email provider will be the one that sets the limit.

Dropbox is the best way around the issue and a 2gb account is free.

SugarSync is another great option for BB users.

Dropbox (and Sugarsync and Minus) are cloud storage solutions. Because of the cloud storage functionality, techies have figured out a secondary use: as a cloud jump drive.

On Android, you can share Dropbox files to Facebook, Twitter, email, etc via the Android "Share" function. Don't know how the BB app does it.

Obviously, I am a huge Dropbox fan. It is my FAVORITE work tool, and the possibilities are almost endless.

Thank you I will try and find out for the bb community! I can't stand shooting videos on my bb and can't send to youtube or facebook for family to view because of bb limits.

Bb lets you upload larger than 3 mb files to youtube with the youtube app but nothing larger than that thru email... But for some reason i was able to download 4.5mb file yesterday on my bb, maybe the new bis is coming?

I downloaded DROPBOX cause i thought it would let me send over 25MB files. But it doesnt and that program is too complicated. I need to send a 26MB file and just missed it by 1MB. DAMN!
