the camera takes the picture, you can see it for 10 seconds max and then when the phone saves the pictures, it turns into a neon block of color that's pixelated.. It's also been shutting itself off at random times, usually it had been matching up with being dropped, even if it was something as small as dropping it a couple inches to the table, or sofa.. Now it's just been shutting off when I'm holding it.. This IS a hand me down phone, but the user before (my mom) was very good to it, and almost never dropped it. We've replaced the battery once since we've had it for the last year. Is there anything I can do to fix this? The camera problem has never happened before, and if it has anything to do with it... we did just download a photo editor. =/

well the first thing you can do is uninstall the photo app you just install. do a battery pull and see what happens when you take a pic
