Currently I have a Curve 8530 and I am not really too sure of what type of camera is on there. I know there have been a lot of complaints about the Bold 9900/9930 camera but I was wondering if anyone knew if the camera would be better than a curve 8530? I am currently happy with my curve's camera but if the Bold was even better than would be a plus!

On far shots, it is much better, sharper

On close ups, it would be the same I am afraid

Ehh works for me, I usually use to to take pictures of the board in school so more crisp far away shots is jus fine! Looks like i'll be picking one of these up in the next week when Telus releases them.
