Call Log Oddities
Here's a strange one that is driving me crazy:
I cannot view call details or delete items in the call log. Normally, I can delete incoming/outgoing/missed calls from the log, but suddenly this week I can't. I haven't added any new apps, and even tried booting in safe mode.
Any ideas? - 01-23-2013, 12:45 PM #2
what happens when you try to access the call log?

When I view the log I can see all calls (in/out/missed). When I highlight a call and click the trackpad it dials the number. When I highlight the number and click the menu key, the cursor jumps to the white bar above the calls. I used to be able to view call details and delete calls using the delete key?

you haven't updated the OS, changed theme, or add an app correct?
because it sounds like an OS based issue - 01-23-2013, 03:59 PM

No updated OS, no changed theme, no app add. Also tried in safe mode, still no dice.
I'm on VZ 755, but it worked fine forever, just popped up in the last week.8703e -> 8310 -> 9630 -> 9650 -> 9930 - 01-23-2013, 04:37 PM #6

I don't want to reinstall the OS, is that the only option?
Is this a bug in 755? - 01-23-2013, 10:00 PM #8
no that is not the only option but its a good way to fix a corrupted OS file.
i don't remember reading about it being a bug in 755
