calender appointment alarms

Is there a way to set your phone (Bold 9900) NOT to play calender alarms between certain hours? We have an east coast office (3hrs ahead) and it seems that when they send around an Outlook calender item (presentation or meeting) the appointment puts itself in my BB calender then goes off in the wee hours of the morning our time. I still want phone calls to get through (emergencies etc ...) and if I can avoid it I'd rather not change profile each night as I'll probably forget to change it back in the morning. I just want to say "between the hours of 11pm and 6.30am no alarms are audible."

There is an App called Profile Changer (or something like that) that I believe allows you to schedule auto changes to your profile. So perhaps you can set up a profile that silences your calendar alerts, and have that profile automatically engage during the night and change to something else in the morning.
