I have a Bold 9900 with 7.1.0.714 (7.1 bundle 2061).

I found this OS version quite buggy�:
- Sometimes (quite often actually) it froze for 1-2 seconds, sometimes for 5-10 seconds
- The memory goes from 150MB to 30MB in less than 2 days
- When I reboot it it froze on reboot and I have to reboot it again for like 4-5 times

The battery life at least is good!

I don't have time for OSs experimentation�do you know which version is the best for both battery life and memory management (I suppose the Bold froze when the memory is very low or fragmentated�)?

There is no easy answer, you can read any OS thread and find that some people love it and some hate it.

I would advise doing a wipe and clean install of both your OS and Apps given the issues you are having:

As to which OS to use, try the latest .923 and see how it goes.

This is the current version from Vodafone UK and was on the new 9900 that I have had since March this year.

I have not had any of the problems that you mention, or any other problems.

The phone just does what it is supposed to do.
