How are everyones boot times on the Bold 9900/9930?

Mine has usually been about 1:30 minutes... But my phone was running a bit slow today (I hadn't done a reboot in about a week) and when I rebooted my phone was stuck on the boot screen, loaded to right under the E in Blackberry for at least 5 minutes, maybe more. I was dreading that my device was going to brick itself.

Anyone else notice weird boot times?

    I'm running VZW official .374

i use the 9810, i know it's not the same phone, lol

but, i had that same thing happen, but mine bricked

it was lagging, so i decided to reboot it, and it bricked. now, after i fixed it and upgraded to latest os, i haven't had any issues like that

until yesterday, it was lagging again, and i rebooted, but it didn't brick thankfully

common denominator is os7, albeit a great os (i like it, despite the bricking thing), it is good (for me anyways) to always update to any new leaked os, up to you though, but maybe give that a try

find a newer leaked version perhaps, that's what i'd do, primarily because i just like to update whenever i can, but also - it seemed to have pretty much fixed that issue for me

My same phone on same network, same rom etc:
4 Mins. This is normal for my phone from a reboot, battery pull etc.
The only time it takes very little time to come back to life is after pressing the hang up button, takes a while to shut off but comes back up almost immediately.
Hope this helps and at this point I've given up hope that any phone I really love is going to boot up fast. I owned the Palm Pre and it was the same deal.

it might be cool for you to try the 7.1 that is out for your phone

i don't know about any glitches found in 7.1 though, but you would have the mobile hotspot feature too with 7.1, which would be pretty cool

i totally can't wait until i can use a mobile hotspot with my unlimited data plan

Mine is around 1 minute 30 seconds too. I'm don't think there is a 7.1 out for the 9930 yet? I don't think I'd try it unless it is an official OS becasue mine has been flawless on .374.

Fingers crossed.. yes. But I can wait until an official OS. I'd even take a 7.0 update.

I'm using an AT&T 9900 running 7.1.0.74 and just did back-to-back battery pull. Each pull averaged about 1:56.

I think I'm gonna wait for 7.1 to go official before I upgrade. (plus I have a Mac in college, so unless I'm home I don't have access to a PC so I can only update OTA).

And I updatwd an app and the app world reboot was back to my normal time of about a minute and a half. Weird that the battery pull got stuck like that...
