I'm not exactly sure what happened. I let it sit on my dresser for a month with no charge and now, when I try to charge it, the red light turns on for ten seconds. That's about it. I kept it plugged in overnight, pulled the battery.. no luck.

    Any suggestions?

Make sure your battery is good and tight, making good contact with the battery, if lose slide a small piece of a business card at the other end to tighten it up.

It's a pretty tight fit. I love my Bold, even if I've been neglecting it lately. It would be a pretty bad Christmas surprise to find out it no longer works.

Plug into wall charger take the battery out and try to turn it on, then put battery back in.

My guess is you drained it beyond it's cut-off point. You'll need a new battery. Ebay has them for cheap, same with amazon.
