Quick update. Ordered a new screen, and holding on to the defective one until it arrives. The wrong screen was sent, as the replacement, so they are sending another one. Hopefully it does the trick. My wife has had to use speaker phone and/or her headset to make and receive calls.
Alright, finally received the new screen replacement. Had to order from a different company on Amazon, as the previous company said they were out of stock. The new screen works perfectly. After about a month of going through broken replacements, and wrong items sent, it feels good to finally have a perfectly working phone again. The only advice I have is, do not wash your Blackberry in a dishwasher. I'm still impressed the screen was the only part damaged.
