can somebody help me? my bold 9900 log off by itself, and i need to pull out the battery to restart. i have change the battery. but its still happens. thank you in advance.

no i havent installed anything. my old battery run out. then after that i recharge as usual. but its not recharging. so i bought a new battery, and the problem started. may i know how to do a clean OS installation?

No no, if you just got a new battery, it might be the battery causing the issues.

Though if you feel that isn't the case, You can use Blackberry Desktop Manager to backup your stuff, then use http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...bility-850633/ to do the OS install.

But I extremely advise on getting a replacement battery.
