Hi when I make a call, especially voicemail retrieval, the screen fades out quickly not giving you time to click on the icons on the screen, usually need speaker - called support they told me to do a complete wipe which I have done, not difference. Any ideas?

you can use the keypad short cuts. It is timed for that.

Also make sure nothing is covering the LED. There is a sensor in there that is for face detection to turn it off.
