Hi , I've recently just installed the p'9981 theme on my 9900 , I've gone to change the theme back to the original os7 theme that came with my bold and it's not there for me to change back , is there anyway I can do this without having to reset the device ?

You should have read the instructions before you installed it. It's well known that the Porsche theme overwrites the existing default theme.
Just install another 3rd party theme, change to that one, delete the Porsche theme, reboot then you can change back to the default one again.

    Thumbs up

Is there no way I can keep the porsche theme and still have the original so I can swap between the two?

Strange. I've never had that problem so far, but I only downloaded it yesterday. Problems to come for me perhaps...

If you want the official p9981 theme, it will overwrite the original theme. If you are okay with a close copy, you can use the theme from dark apprentice, which does not overwrite the original theme. i used it until the official p9981 theme came out.

This reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask. I have the Porshe Theme downloaded & on my phone but it doesn't show up in the Screen Display options as a theme so I can't select it. It does show up under Application Management.

Is there a way to install the theme from the phone? Thanks!

Did you tried a reboot, some themes needs a reboot in order to let it work. You can always install it via your phone.

Did you install the correct version of the theme for the OS you're running (ie OS7 or OS7.1)?
If you didn't, then the theme won't work.

That may be the issue. I likely downloaded the theme before I upgraded to the latest Verizon 7.1 OS. I'll search for the 7.1 version. Thanks!

Again. If it isn't broken...don't fix it.

I would not want to put that theme onto my phone unless I had a P9881...but that is just me.
