    I got my new 9900 couple of days ago .It seems fine so far , many upgrades , but in BBM when i receive a photo it downloads it automatically , In my previous phone i had the option to preview or retrieve .Any suggestions ?

    Which blackberry did you have before? A lot of the past few versions of BBM automatically sends/downloads pics in higher quality rather than previewing it.

    Even versions of BBM 5 , the higher ones, sent pictures in this way.

    i had a 9000 with all updates on it .
    I just figured it out , you receive photos already in preview mode and if needed press Menu ..Request higher quality picture .Thanks all
