    can you give some more info on the problem?

    Does the keypad still light up? Is it a screen issue or phone issue or software issue?

    Are you running the correct OS for your device? And are you in an area where they offer the H+ service?

    Go to networks and connections, then mobile network. What is the network mode set to?

    it says 2g&3g and the os is 7.1

    Are you running an Official OS from your carrier?

    And are there any other options when you clicked the network mode?
