Hey everyone,
Long time follower, first time poster. In Mexico, using hotel's wifi for 3 days (for bbm, email, internet), now day 4 no email, no BBM but Internet works fine when signing on. Any clue as to the issue or how I fix this issue? I have looked through forums but yet to find an answer!

did you take your sim card of your phone?, if you are during a travel, you can have all the benefits of the device over wifi, becuase if you take it off you will lose all the book services that make that possible

Obaquerizo, sim card is still I only use my BB on wifi while on vacation.

David, I have done both several times.

New information - I noticed when I pick the network I no longer get sent to the login page of the hotel to sign in. I've cleared browser saved passwords and deleted the network from 'Saved Wifi Networks'

Perhaps it was not navigating well, because the password change of the hotel

I have a similar problem on the BB9900, its connects to the wifi network, but is using only the sim data, can you please advice what could be the problem????
