    When scrolling anything on 9900, if we touch the screen to scroll highlights the selection that my finger touches.Is it the same way the bold behaves with all OS versions?

    I guess some screens are more sensitive..you can change that I think in options/display.
    But it's really just getting used to it I think.

    I'm not sure about all Bolds, but my 9850 torch doesn't do that. You might try changing the sensitivity of the touch screen. If it doesn't change where you are going I'm guessing it might not be a problem and can even be useful.
