i have never used bis. it was fine until i updated my phone.i think i erased some settings.

bold 9900 browser can't connect to internet but whatsapp can connect.They both use cellular/mobile internet (no wifi).How to fix it?

i tried opera mini results is same.

Go to: Settings
- Options
- Device
- Advanced Options
- TCP-IP

Set the "APN Settings Enabled:" to on (checked)
then put the APN of your provider and see if that works.

Try to change to an provider that allows BIS.

(T-mobile and Simple Mobile do for cheap!)

i tried it but didn't work for me

i don't have any problem with my internet connection since whatsapp can connect internet

and i just installed the old os. now opera and both whatsapp can connect but default browser still can't.

btw what is the latest os that i can install to my bold 9900?
