well i have the curve 9300 (3G) and i'm just wondering if the bold 9780 or the 9900 witch is better all i use my phone for is BBM.Fb.twitter and very few phone calls so mostly date usage i'm wondering witch has better battery life,camera does the AF really make that much of a different and compared to my current curve will the bold 9900 be a better upgrade for camera? thanks

I've had major problems with my 9780 keyboard, why take that chance. Go with the 9900!

the only thing i can see you going with the 9780 is the size..

if u like the smaller size then that's the only reason... even then it would be worth just buying the 9900 and getting used to the size

9900 for sure.

The Autofocus issue is only if you want to take close pics or text. Otherwise, from a distance, the photos are nice.

It is definately an upgrade in every way to your Curve

- Better Camera (5 MP vs your Curve's 2 MP)
- Bigger Screen and high resolution
- Bigger Keyboard
- Much faster processor
- Liquid Graphics
- NFC (if you ever use that, its a feature that allows you to shop with your credit card without even carrying it with you)
- Touch Screen

NO question at all. had the 9780 since last year and it is a great phone. but the 9900 beats it easily!!!!

9900 for sure. had the 9700 before and my colleague has the 9780....9900 all the way

If you can afford a couple hundred for the 9780, just get the 9930.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the 900 vs the 9780/9700...and I really loved those phones. However, if you don't you don't care about the touch screen and don't have a ton of apps you may as well get the 9780. Just make sure you test it to ensure it doesn't have the double type issue.
