    Default Bold 9900 with BES

Hi I am looking for assistance, recently the company I work for transitioned over to gmail for corporate email. I am now using outlook as my email client with a google apps synch tool to synch both outlook and gmail, it works a treat. I have 1 issue....... I decided to clean up my inbox and put all my emails in folders, this unfortunately removed them all from view in my blackberry, is there anyway to stop this?

I know I can disable wireless reconciliation however I would still like this on. Ideally if I delete a mail on either the BB or outlook I want it removed from the other. If I store a mail in a folder on outlook I still want a means to view this on the BB.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I think you will need to get the Google Apps BES connector for your email to work like you want.

Here's a link: Hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Google Apps

Thanks for the reply. I believe we are using the gBES. What my issue is, is that every email i organise and store in a sub folder, then dissapears from my blackberry email application. Idealy i would like a way to view sub folders on the blackberry.

I can see a list of my sub folders however when i select any of then they have no content.

    Thanks in advance

More then likely you have your blackberry set to hide filed messages (they are still there...).

If you are on BESx you can just select View Folder to see the email in that folder (only email since your device was activated appears) or go into your message options and untick hide filed email.

Hide filed messages is unticked. What i have done is set up the folder redirection, so any NEW mail i receive, if put in a folder will still show on the BB. However previous mail within a folder still wont show.

As mentioned i can see all the folders if i go to - - select folder, i see the folder name, but when i click to enter i get " *no messages*

Any way of getting the messages back onto the main screen then re file them - i tried to copy the messages back to inbox and mark as unread, and was hoping the BB would see it as new mail, i could then re file it but no luck with it unfortunately.

Can anyone think of a way to spoof the BB into believing these emails in subfolders are new mail? Its a pitty i never set up folder redirection before organising my emails.

Default Any luck finding a solution?

Hi Proud - We are using a BES with Google Apps, and ever since we migrated last year, when I file an email in an Outlook folder, that email does not show up in the corresponding folder on my device. My folder tree is visible too, but if I file the email in Outlook, it doesn't get synced to the same folder on the device. If i file it on the device, i see the email successfully visible on both the device, and my Outlook client

Any help would be appreciated, if you happen to have found a solution (or perhaps this is normal behaviour and people just don't refer back to filed messages from their bb...
