Recently my Bold 9900 has been lasting a lot longer than usual on battery. With light to medium usage it would get me by 20 - 24 hours. This is all of a sudden as before it would last me 12-16 hours on the same usage. No network or app changes have been made. The only thing I do is always wait for the battery to go into yellow or red before i charge it.

How long have you had your phone? I started off with below average battery life, then after 1 week, I started getting 24 hours. There's definitely a break in time lots of batteries need to develop longevity.
Mine on a good day would last 12 hours which is really rare... I charged it twice today and here it is, laying there draining annoyingly when it's idle with no apps running.
