    my bold 4 vol up and play pause have stopped working i know its not a hardware fault becuase it was not water damaged nor was dropped whereas all other buttons work evn the vol down works i have tried battery pull os reload everything cant take it to bb plz suggest somthing thanks

    You don't have to drop or otherwise damage your phone to have a hardware problem arise.
