Yes saw Taken 3 last night and there were at least 3 people using BlackBerry phones...legacy devices or not the brand was very predominant in this film. The iphones didn't even show the apple emblem (that I noticed), the actor/actress had their finger covering them (hahaha).

Great post! We should continuing commenting here anytime someone spots a BlackBerry device in a film.

a few days before the AT&T passport announcement I was watching TV. I can't remember if it was a preview for a show or movie, but they were using blackberries. I couldn't figure out what phone they were using. they only showed the back. It looked like a 9900 or classic but was more squarish. I couldn't be a passport because the corners were rounded. as soon as the AT&T edition was announced i figured it must have been that phone. is that possible? could they have been using product placement of the ATT&T version during production before the phone was announced? anyway random story
