need a little help. I'm with sprint ( don't hold that against me )
will the have sprint.blackberry.com were you can edit your email accounts and also send your service books.
will I spent two hours on the phone with blackberry support or at lease that's who they said they were.
The problem I can't get on that site, keeps saying user name invalid. which its not now they are saying if you are using os 7.1 you have to do it from phone.
I was just on there not even a half hour ago before I call them. any one else use this type of service getting your service books sent from a web site.

Got it fix now wow what a nightmare. when I send an email I get a copy of the email, were can I set a filter to stop getting copies.
and how do I set that filter up
