My blackberry 9900 has recently been giving me problems. The image on the screen will dissolve (dim but still visible) and the phone will become unresponsive. The only way to resolve this that i can find is to do a battery pull. Has anyone ever had this problem or have any suggestions?

If its still under warranty, get a new one :-)
