Blackberry Maps via cellular data, w/o data plan?

Hi. Few days ago bought Bold 9900, and I'm happy with it.
Got through all this stuff with wiping, using AppLoader, backuping, restoring, etc. to update firmware from 7.0.0.585 to currently installed 7.1.0.391
However, on any of these firmwares Blackberry Maps doesn't load data through GPRS/EDGE/3G, only via WiFi (i played with some service books, etc). In previous Torch 9800 with 6.0.0.x firmware this worked fine. My operator doesn't provide BIS.

So, is it possible to make the Maps app work via cellular data?

P.S. Other apps, including AppWorld, Browser, Google Maps, etc. works fine with cellular data.
