The best and simple thing is to unlock your phone have 2 different carries and when you have to do a battery pull and it doesn't load fully, you insert your other carrier (unlocked carrier) then miraculously the blackberry will load then take out the sim and put in your original carrier sim then VOILA! Works every time for me

Put the batteries into your Blackberry and than connecting the charger into your Blackberry ...... When the loading arround 99%, push the Call buttom & hold till the menu appears. Good luck!
