Hey,
I'm having trouble receiving calls on my BlackBerry, I can send calls just fine. But when someone else tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. Help would be appreciated

Is it a corp device with an IT policy? Perhaps it's set to block incoming calls, and if you got this device from the corp world, maybe the policy is still turned on. Also it could be a firewall setting on the device. If I recall the firewall is under security, Options, Device, Advanced, Security, Firewall (or something like that) Then make sure the firewall is not set to block in coming calls.

I could receive calls fine before, this only started recently. I checked the firewall and it's disabled. I tried to disable call forwarding to see if it would help but I get an error saying "The operation failed". Anything else I could try?

Take out the sim card from ur bb, then put it back and startup ur bb, try to make a new register with your wireless network.

Can you not receive a call at any time? or just when the phone is in deep lock? (Password locked, and padlock closed)

If its the latter - then enable calls whilst locked - wait for the phone to fully lock & test. if it works after then you can switch the option off again and it should continue to work.

I've had this a few times and its taken a while to be able to resolve it.
