    Thumbs down Blackberry Bold - Death loop

    Hello,

    I recently purchased a Bold a thew months ago. During the restart slide it goes onto a completely blank white screen and nothing works.

    The white screen has no error message and is literally just a blank white screen.

    Please help I will be so grateful! I will really appreciate any help/advice! Please get back to me!

    You need to reload the OS.

    Youre gonna hate this but if OS will not reboot then you may have to take it to the carrier for repair. A lot of fixes from CrackBerry work well but sometimes you got to take it to the shop for repairs.

    If it is a new device, it should have a 1 year warranty and repairs should not cost anything.

    True, unless it wasn't purchased through the carrier (stupid warranty exclusion). RIM's warranty is not user friendly, certainly nothing like Apple's. They could use a powerful lesson in customer support. No wonder they're tanking these days. I don't know who they think they are with such an arrogant attitude...
