I recently received a Blackberry Bold 9900 at work. The one thing I can't figure out is the Notification light for when I get new messages.

The notification light seems to blink for about 2 to 3 mins and turns off after. So, I've gone a good hour or two without checking messages cause I don't see the light blinking. Anyone know a fix for this?

How long to you have it set to. Mine is set to 15min. You may want to look into this.

You can't set the length of time a led notification shows for with out a 3rd party app.
It is set to show for 15 minutes by default.

download advance os and led from appworld free, it has a setting to let the led flash up to 5 hours or unlimited and can set when to stop the flashing e.g. when you move the phone, when the app is opened, close popup, at night

Unfortunately it looks like I am out of luck since this is a work phone and they have the security right down so I can't download any apps or even access the app world. Thanks for the advice though!
