Blackberry bold 9900 keyboard problem!!!!
I just replaced the housing of my blackberry, because the old housing was looking a little shabby. When I turned on the blackberry everything went smoothly. Until when I checked the blackberry again, the keyboard wasnt working! No backlight was coming out and the letters and numbers weren't responsive. Even the trackpad wasn't working! The touchscreen and software is fine but it's just the keyboard. PLEASE HELP!! Do I need to get a new keyboard flex cable or is there another way to fix this? I've been having this problem since yesterday!!!!

Try to disassemble it and double check if you have installed the keyboard flex cable correctly or haven't damaged anything important.

Actually I did disassemble to check, everything looked fine though. Yet the keyboard still doesn't work

It could be ESD damage or a short which cannot be seen.
