This can be from a dodgy battery to an app. upsetting the machine.
Try an off and on first, then maybe a data wipe, back up first of course.
You need clean computer software for this.
I used to enjoy a 9900, and as any computer, they will act up.
Maintain housekeeping by clearing superfluous data regularly.
