I'm at a loss my phone. I've had my phone for just over a year. It keeps saying it's scheduled to turn off at 6:24am the next day when my daily alarm is set. I've checked and the auto turn off is disabled. But it will also say it's turning off whenever I try to open text messages or apps. Apps don't open, they close as if the return key is being pressed. I basically can't do anything apart from receiving calls. Typing a message is a nightmare cos it will just exit on it's own. I've tried to downgrade the software, but that didn't work. I've done a security wipe & wiped everything to the factory settings and the same problems are still occurring. I really need some help!!!

No need to downgrade the os, os 7.1 is perfect.
Get an os reload and also get your escape key checked whether it is in good working condition or is loose and faulty and causing all the mess
