Hi, Please help me, been struggling to install new software on my BB. I then thought I will restore a backup that was saved on my memorycard but it doesnt want to read my memorycard...... Its a bak file and says that it cant find the file.... confusing. Im not an expert with these things so please excuse my common way of not knowing what to do! I uninstalled the blackberry desktop thingy.... re-installed, its been checking for updates for about a hour now. Previously when I started the update I waited 2hour and it got stuck by the messages.... Sorry for asking stupid questions but to me this is Hebrews....Please help me

Try to find that BAK file and move it to your desktop computer. Then try to restore your phone through desktop MGR
