Hi, I have a blackberry bold 9900 .

The problem I am having is that when you take the battery out and reset the phone the screen works fine. But when it goes into standby mode or (sleep) mode the screen wont turn back on when I wake it up. The back light for the screen and the keys work and I can also receive texts and calls. Is there any fix for this!!!!!

Have you checked your settings? Have you changed the settings for your time-out or password? Try playing with turning the screen on and off with the lock button. Has it come in contact with water? Also, set it so it doesn't time out and see if it happens then. If you can't resolve it you may have to take it to your carrier.
