    Default blackberry 9300 will send bbm message but not recieve

    Hi all,

    My girl friend has a blackberry 9300. She lives in Italy and recently came to England

    Now that she has gone back she can send BBM messages but can't receive them. I can't figure out why.

    Can anyone help?
