BeWeather License after Upgarding OS
So for those of you that had the Complimentary version of BeWeather on their 9930, how are you overcoming it asking for a key after upgrading your OS?

Lame, isn't it? I've written customer service, but haven't heard back yet.

I had the free BeBuzz which is the same company.
Recover the license through them then do a license transfer. I know you're not transferring but that was my workaround.Last edited by Qbnkelt; 08-04-2012 at 09:52 AM.
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy, and good with ketchup
Isn't it amusing how people who claim to not enjoy CB at all simply can't stay away????
It's because it's CRACKBERRY, the BEST BB site....

Launch BeWeather, and when it asks to register, there should be something along the lines of forgot or lost registration key. Click that, fill out the webpage it brings up, and they will e-mail you your key to the e-mail address that is tied to your BBID.

When you downloaded and first used the "Compliments of BlackBerry" version, you received an email (to the address tied to your BlackBerry ID) from support@bellshare.com that contains the license key.

Just email the developer. They will send you a key.

Just do what the Mayor said earlier- go to their web site and ask for a new registration code. Use it once it arrives by email, then write it down or save it in notes and you'll never have to wonder again. It'll be saved in your Memo box or wherever you keep the number.
